A scriptural look at the entrance and eradication of evil.

· Created beings (angels) have a variety of responsibilities, functions, and even degrees of beauty: Ezekiel 28:14 (Head angel assigned to God’s presence); Hebrews 1:14 (ministering spirits/servants - NLT); Job 1:6 (representatives of their domain); Jude 6 (positions of authority); Revelation 22:6 (impart information); Ezekiel 28:12, 13 (head angel was the most beautiful
· The second member of the Godhead, called: Michael, The Son, and Jesus, has always had the responsibility of liaison for and leader/commander/creator of all created beings: Revelation 12:7; John 1:1-3; 1 John 1:1-3
· Everyone lives in perfect obedience and harmony but God made a plan for the eventuality of sin (rebellion) from eternity past: 1 Peter 1:20; 2 Timothy 1:9, 10
· Lucifer, the covering cherub in God’s throne room, rebels: Ezekiel 28:12-18; and declares he will be higher than God: Isaiah 14:12-18
· Created beings take sides and there is war and the rebels (1/3 of angels) are cast out: Revelation 12:1-10; Luke 10:18; God assures that, at the time of judgment, He will be vindicated (glorified and sanctified) and then destroy the devil and all evil: Isaiah 14:15; Ezekiel 28:16- 22
· God creates the earth and creates Adam and Eve in His image: John 1:1-3; Genesis 1:26, 27
· God warns Adam and Eve of the adversary and asks them to say away from his territory: Genesis 2:16, 17. They disobey and thus become subject to the devil and death: Genesis 3:22-24
· God unfolds His plan to send Jesus who will, by His death provide forgiveness and rescue: Genesis 3:15
· Satan represents the earth in some type of council in Heaven: Job 1:6, 7
· Basis of salvation is prefigured at the flood. Every person given the choice to trust (obey) God and enter the ark, or distrust (disobey) and die. Only eight choose to obey, the rest died: 2 Peter 2:5
· Plan of salvation prefigured in sacrificial system: Hebrews 9:23, 24
· Jesus comes as a human and glorifies God by His sinless life, death and resurrection, then returns to Heaven: John 21:19; Philippians 2:6-9
· Jesus reclaims the ruler ship of this earth: John 12:31
· Every human is given the opportunity to accept salvation: John 1:9; Romans 1:20; John 3:16 and thus cast their vote for God’s kingdom: Deuteronomy 17:6; 1 Corinthians 6:2, 3
· The saints receive a new heart. Christ, through the Holy Spirit, lives His perfect life through them and covers them with his righteousness. They become a demonstration to the universe of God’s love: Galatians 2:22; Romans 8:8-10; Isaiah 61:10; Revelation 3:5
· Martyrs of all ages glorify God and prefigure those who will be translated: John 21:18, 19
· Judgment of saints began in heavenly Sanctuary in 1844: Daniel 8:14
· God’s church under attack, withstands: Matthew 24:24; Revelation 12:17
· God’s people sanctify and glorify God through their obedience: 1 Peter 3:15; Revelation 15:1-4; Revelation 14:12: are sealed for translation: Ephesians 4:24-32; Revelation 7 and prove to the universe that God’s law can be kept: Deuteronomy 17:5, 6; 1 Corinthians 4:9
· Probation closes, earth’s final events (judgments) take place: Revelation 22:9-12; Daniel 12:1: and Jesus comes, raises the dead, translates the living and takes them, His exhibits, to be presented before the universe as testimony of the validity of His rulership: Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 14:4

· Evil is destroyed and the earth made new: Revelation 20:14, 15; Revelation 21:1-5, 27
